CARING FOR YOUR SKIN NATURALLY
In its normal condition, the skin balances itself so that it is not too oily, dry or sensitive. But it must do this in the midst of all of the abnormal stuff it comes in contact with, such as pollution and chemicals and stress. What’s more, the skin has to adjust to external and internal variables, like air conditioning and heat.
Because of such things, our skin can easily shift out of balance. We can give our skin help by using natural skin care products that function with the body’s normal healing tendencies. When we do this, we assist the skin to remember how to stay in balance.

THE THREAT OF PLASTICS
As you may know from reading the newspapers recently, there a major health risk connected with using plastic to store our food.
Several research studies have determined that when certain foods are exposed to plastic, molecules of the chemicals in the plastic are able to seep into the food or drink. When these molecules get into our bodies, it’s not a good thing.
For example, some of these chemicals mimic estrogen. Estrogen, of course, is an ordinary and necessary human hormone.
